Aegis Browser Protection
Check public website URLs before you trust a page. Aegis helps you identify risk with warnings and evidence; it does not guarantee a website is safe.
Install from the Chrome Web Store first. Connecting a browser is optional and lets it save security events privately to your Aegis dashboard.
Checks that fit your browsing
Aegis automatically checks public website URLs, with Fast Scan and Full Scan options, phishing and scam-risk warnings, explainable evidence, and Trusted Sites or temporary exceptions when you need them.
Designed around your privacy
It sends the public URL being checked, not page content. It does not collect passwords, OTPs, payment-card details, cookies, form values, or full page HTML.
Clear signals, practical next steps
Review the safety signals Aegis can verify before you proceed. Aegis assists your judgment; it cannot prove that a website is safe or fraudulent.
Chrome distribution today
Aegis is published through the Chrome Web Store for Chrome. Chromium-based browsers such as Edge or Brave may technically support Chrome Web Store installations, but Aegis does not currently publish separate Edge Add-ons or Brave store listings.
